Hádegisæfing 22. júlí

Mætt í dag eftir fjarveru ásamt Guðna og Bjögga. Fórum frá hóteli og tókum Hofsvallagötuna í sudda rigningu. Hirtum Huld upp á leiðinni en hún hafði gefið upp alla von um að einhverjir stundi æfingar enn í höfuðstöðvunum. Ræddum aðeins að þeir tveir meðlimir skokkklúbbsins sem væru að keppa stæðu sig vel og það er auðvitað rétt. Við hin eru óttalegir aumingjar í samanburðinum! Rætist vonandi úr því.

Car Rental

For those arriving early or leaving late and wish to rent a car there is a Hertz outlet close to the hotel. You can also ask in the reception of the hotel they can get a car for you at a short notice.

Route - Shoes

As half of the route is on asphalt you don't need to bring your cross country spikes. Any other kind should be just fine.
